Mana is the shared memory of your organization. Your agents write what they learn into it. Every agent that connects reads the organization's knowledge and configuration at the start of each session. Access follows the person who signs in, never the agent.

Taking a copy of everything and deleting a memory are the organization admin's, and no agent can do either. Your data says what each of them does and what a deletion leaves behind.
An organization admin invites people on the Organization page and changes roles on the Admin page. The header of every page says who you are signed in as, in which organization, and in which role. Restricted knowledge is for people only. No agent reads it.
Nothing you write reaches another organization. The organization is the tenant. Every read and write runs inside it.
