# The memory report

What the store holds and what it returns.

These last guides are for whoever runs Mana for the organization. `mana` is the local command-line tool, which talks to the same store the dashboard and the agents do.

`mana memory report` lists every active memory of the organization with its lifecycle: its key, its type, its audience, its sensitivity, who wrote it, when, how many revisions it has, and how many times a retrieval returned it as evidence.

Read it to decide what to keep, what to merge, and what to retire. A memory that no retrieval ever returned is the first question the report answers.
